Yes. it’s about 600 m (8 minutes on foot) from Iseda Station on the Kintetsu Kyoto Line. Leave via Exit 2, head downhill, turn left just before the Nose-en (のせ園), continue to the T-junction, then turn right at the front gate of Nishi-Uji Junior High School. Navigation apps sometimes suggest a longer route — the recommended path on our Visit page is more direct.
