Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Please contact us at info@utoro.jp at least 5 days before the event date if you need to cancel or reduce the number of tickets.
• A 4.1% system fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is not collected by the museum but is charged by the payment service provider. We kindly ask for your understanding.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the time of your request. Please note that it may take additional time depending on your financial institution’s processing schedule.
• To add more tickets, please submit a new application.
